Sugar. Why is it bad for you?

Sugar. It makes cake taste amazing, adds a little something to your coffee and let's not forget candy. But why is it bad for your teeth?

Sugar has a direct connection to tooth decay. After eating foods and/or drinks that contain sugar, this gets combined with saliva and bacteria, creating plaque on your teeth. And if plaque is being left on the teeth, it can remove the enamel of your teeth, which then leads to cavities.

This is why it is important to brush your teeth at least two times a day. And why not do it with Tooth, our eco-friendly toothbrush!
